The Beginnings of Redhawk Auto Service

Redhawk Auto Service was founded by Tom Grady, whose background in the automotive industry spans decades. Tom started in sales and service at Ford and Nissan, later managing dealerships in New York and Orange County, CA. Over time, he realized he wanted to build something different—an auto repair shop focused not on quotas, but on quality, transparency, and lasting customer relationships.

With an MBA from Arizona State University's Thunderbird School of Global Management and degrees in Economics and Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology, Tom brings a mix of business savvy and people skills to every part of Redhawk.
